Today I weighed in at 203.8. That's a full pound from yesterday! I've been sick and I feel like I haven't been getting enough fluids so I'll be stepping that up today.
I'm working again today. That's always touchy because they provide you with lunch. And sometimes I have no idea what I can have so I just eat a little. I feel like I did great yesterday because they had this chocolate mousse thing that smelled awesome. I just ate my 2 finger sandwiches and went outside for the rest of lunch so I wouldn't be tempted.
I went grocery shopping after work. I was shaky by the time I got home. I chalk that up to still being a little sick and maybe not having enough sugar. I probably only had 3 or 4g all day. After I ate a light supper I felt much better.
My goal, even though my goal is really only 2lb a week, is to be at 200 or below when I weigh in on Sunday. I'm planning on meeting my goal by May 1.
