Soooo I've slacked off on my blog! I need to make myself do it every day so I won't keep forgetting!!
I'm in the middle of week 11. I had a couple of days where I was depressed over the way I feel. I've been taking Psyllium Husks every day for fiber, but it hasn't been helping. I finally went to the store on Tuesday and bought Colon Health. I started them yesterday. I didn't notice a big improvement and was seriously depressed last night. I was in so much agony with bloating and cramping. I had decided that if I didn't notice an improvement by Friday I was going to risk a colon cleanse. I'd just have to stay close to the house for a few days.
When I got up today I felt a lot better. It seems that the Colon Health pills, along with the Psyllium Husks, are finally starting to work. I noticed a difference in my stomach and on my scales as well. I'm seriously relieved!
My weigh in on Sunday, when I should really be posting, was 196.4lb. No difference from last week. I was hoping to do better this week. I'm really strugging for some reason. I don't know why I'm eating the exact amount of carbs and less sugar than I should be, but I can't lose weight any faster than this. I know I ate a TON more sugar and carbs before I started this plan.
I'm seriously considering exercise other than walking. I have low blood pressure and I think that may be one of the causes of my weight loss issues. I may call my doctor to see what he says about that.
I've also decided to post my before pictures and my Mini Goal pictures. So far, I've only reached 1 Mini Goal date, but I did take pictures. The before pictures are not that great because I didn't think to do it at the time.
I know that no one is reading this, but I'm hoping the farther along I get the more followers I will have.
